What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

A short phone conversation

2. Skype/In-Person Interview

We like to put a face to the voice for our remote workers what better way than to simply “skype”

3. Technical Test

some positions requires you to have a certain skill we evaluate our future teammates by assigning certain tasks and or a short test

4. Offer

If you’re qualified for a certain position we then move on to the final stage of the offer for that particular position
